I guess I am a minority here, but I don't notice a whole lot of difference between my 340 and my two 375s I have owned. Only because it was the barrel on the Blaser R-93 that I wanted. After tap dances with several 338's,the 340(a buddy's I got to shoot and load for a lot),the 358 STA before it "was",and the 375AI,I just settled on the H&H round in an 8 pound rifle.Hunting with some of them and watching them all work on game(except the AI)I concluded there was no difference.
